Directions: 

Ingest by mouth and wash down with liquid. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. It is sealed for your protection. Keep out of the reach of Children. Make sure that Children are supervised by an adult when using this product. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your Doctor before use. Do not use it if the Safety Seal is broken.

Legalities prevent Frockenhemp from making any official dosage recommendations for any persons.  There are many variables to consider when determining your dosage. Height and weight for example, but you also have to consider the alignment as well as the severity. To put it simply no one person is like, therefore dosages will vary from person to person.  For most adults it seems that a good starting dose to gauge sensitivity is 25mg. This product can be taken 1-2 times per day to start.  From there you can determine if you need more or less based on your needs. If you feel loopy or sleepy, scale back.
